Studio holders can be divided into three main groups:
Artists from all genres with permanent contracts.
Art graduates entitled to subsidized studios on temporary contracts.
Artists using the project-room or BEK`s IT studio on a temporary basis.

There are currently 29 artists with permanent contracts and 8 artists renting short term.

Studios for graduates:
2 studios of 40m2 with a one year contract of subsidized rent.
Application date - 20.feb.

Project-room for artists with short term needs.
The project-room is 52m2 and is rented out for periods from 1 week to 6 months.
