In 2005 Kunstnerverksteder cs55 received economic support from Norsk kulturråd (Norwegian Arts Council) for construction of a shared workshop/studio. At present the workshop is fitted with wood tools/machinery and an extractor calculated for spray painting etc.
All those connected to the studio complex or the project-room have access to this facility.

The workshop is 45m2 and has the following machines and equipment:

1 table/circular saw with extractor (can cut plates up to 120x240cm)
1 jigsaw
1 planer
1 carpenter’s bench
1 extractor for spray paint etc
